Current Status of the Conway mill complex

The complex comprises six buildings that have been labelled A to F. The diagram below indicates the number of levels of each building and if it is currently occupied or not.

Buildings A and B have a BII Historic Buildings Listing. In total the Mill comprises 93,275 sq. ft. of which 86, 560 sq. ft. is lettable space. Of the lettable space, 36% is unoccupied; this space is currently beyond letting due to the poor physical condition of the building. The occupied space is very poorly serviced and work is currently being carried out to meet Health and Safety requirements. Lack of heating and adequate plumbing facilities are major problems.
